👋 Hello!
This is issue #58 of Taskflow Tuesday, where I share 3 things that can help you to get digitally organized so that you can spend more time on what truly matters.
☁️ 1. The iCloud Dashboard
I literally discovered this earlier today, but apparently iCloud has a beautiful online dashboard where you can view all of your iCloud apps in one space - and I love it!
You can customize the background color as well as the app widgets.
My dashboard features my Photos, Notes, Drive, and Reminders.
Just go to iCloud.com and login.
📑 2. Systemize It Once, Never Start From Scratch Again
One of the simplest ways to reduce stress in your business is to document repeatable processes.
Why? Because a messy process always creates more downstream mess. Decisions pile up, things fall through the cracks, and the worst part: you have no idea what’s actually broken because it all lives in your head.
Whether you're solo or leading a small team, documenting your processes gives you clarity, margin, and the ability to delegate.
Here are 6 questions to ask yourself every time you’re writing down a process:
What’s the exact outcome this process is supposed to produce?
🎯 Start with clarity. What’s the finish line? What does “done well” look like?
Do I have a checklist to follow?
📋 Turn your process into a step-by-step list. Future you (or your team) will thank you.
What can I templatize?
🔂 If it’s repeatable, it should be a template. Think: client emails, YouTube descriptions, podcast notes, social captions, onboarding docs.
Am I using the right tools for this?
🛠️ Audit your stack. Are you overcomplicating things with 5 tools when 1 would do?
Is every step actually necessary?
🤔 Ask “why” for each part. Don’t just do it because that’s how you’ve always done it.
Could someone follow this without asking me questions?
✅ If not, clarify. Add screenshots, examples, or a quick Loom video.
💡 Pro tip: Paste these questions at the top of your Standard Operating Procedures Doc. Use them as a filter to write better, simpler systems.
Need help documenting your business processes? That’s one of my favorite parts of consulting. We’ll simplify, systematize, and turn chaos into checklists, so you can finally focus on the work that matters. Reach out if you're ready to start.
⭐️ 3. What Truly Matters
One of the key aspects of Taskflow is “making more time for what truly matters.”
What truly matters will look different for each of us.
What you think truly matters is revealed by what you do. It’s revealed in your schedule, your budget, your routines.
Remember this point: You will make time for what matters to you - and if you feel like you never have enough time, you probably aren’t clear on what matters most - to you - right now.
It looks different in different seasons. It doesn’t just mean more time on the beach relaxing.
It might look like:
spending quality time with your kids
working on a new project that is meaningful and impactful
intentionally recovering from burnout or trauma
caring for a sick loved one
going after a fitness goal
getting your financial state in order
building community after moving somewhere new
Whatever it is, define it, and make a plan to make it happen.
Because if it matters to you, you will make time.

Another helpful piece! Are there any tools you recommend for creating process templates or checklists?
I love the tip to Systematize a process. I refer to a checklist I created on Google Keep to write show notes and publish podcast episodes. There are so many small, repetitive steps involved. I try to change the order now and then to figure out the quickest way to do it. Your suggestions can help me make it better. Thank you!
