👋 Hello!
This is issue #37 of Taskflow Tuesday, where I share 3 things that can help you to get digitally organized and productive so that you can spend more time on what truly matters.
☀️ 1. The 3-3-3 Method
Define a productive day for you. If you need a starting point, try this:
⏱️ 3 hours on your most important project.
✅ 3 shorter tasks.
🔂 3 maintenance activities.

⚡️ 2. The 3 Gs of Productivity
This is my own framework that I came up with for Taskflow.
I’ve been holding onto it for a couple years but I finally shared it on Instagram last week.
It resonated with a lot of people.
It helps me remember how to stay focused and productive.
Here is is: Get Clean, Get Clear, and Get Going.
It’s the Taskflow Roadmap in it’s simplest form.
🖥️ Get Clean: Tidy up your physical and digital spaces. An organized environment reduces stress and boosts productivity.
✅ Get Clear: Define your priorities and set clear, achievable goals. Clarity helps you stay focused and motivated.
🚀 Get Going: Take action toward your dreams. With a clean space and clear mind, you’re ready to tackle any challenge.
🐢 3. Slowing Down
One of my favorite online writers posted this the other day. 🫨
Here’s the caption he wrote along with this. It’s brilliant and I couldn’t agree more.
Want to know the secret to happiness?
In a world that glorifies hustle culture and the constant grind, the happiest people are doing the opposite.
They're slowing down.
We've been conditioned to believe that success means perpetual busyness.
But at what cost?
The relentless pursuit of more often leads to burnout, anxiety, and a lack of fulfillment.
Embrace slowing down and allow space for what truly matters:
Genuine joy
Purposeful presence
Time with family and friends
So take a breath, get focused, and discover the awesome feeling that comes from 'being' rather than constantly doing.
