👋 Hello,
This is issue #47 of Taskflow Tuesday, where I share 3 things to help you get digitally organized so you can focus on what truly matters.
✍🏼 Currently
I would like to welcome all of you who recently subscribed in the last week! I’m so honored and grateful that you are here.
My hope with this newsletter is that each week, you receive tips and recommendations that are simple but can actually change parts of your life for the better.
We’re not here to hack life, but to build steady habits and simple systems for a more intentional, digitally minimal way of living.
🌀 1. The Loop That’s Killing Your Focus
(Let’s just assume) You’ve deleted social media…
…but now you’re stuck in a different loop:
Open email → check calendar → open task app → back to email → repeat.
This isn’t productivity.
It’s loop behavior.
You're not looking for something - you're avoiding something.
Usually:
A vague task
A hard project
A moment of discomfort
The fix?
You don’t need more focus.
You need friction and intention.
What helps me and my clients:
✅ A “Work Startup Routine”
✅ A Weekly Plan before the week gets noisy
✅ A single place to capture loose tasks and ideas
Remove the ambiguity, and the loop loses its power.
📅 2. My Weekly Planning Flow
Here’s a simple system I use every Saturday to reset and plan intentionally:
Step 1: Review last week
What didn’t get done? What’s still lingering?
Step 2: Look ahead
Check all upcoming events, deadlines, appointments, and recurring rhythms.
Step 3: Set focus areas
What 2–3 projects or goals need attention this week?
Step 4: Prep your task list
Batch similar tasks, assign due dates, and clarify priorities.
Step 5: Schedule your week
Block time for the important things before the urgent things steal your calendar.
This 20-minute routine saves me hours of wandering and context-switching during the week.
Would highly recommend.
Make it your own. Be specific.
Write it down - somewhere you’ll actually use it.
Enjoy a more peace filled week!
📥 3. The Digital Waste Dump (And What to Do About It)
I recently read this extremely relatable post called curse the bookmarks, saves and screenshots! by salma, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve read on digital hoarding.
If you’ve ever:
Saved a video you’ll definitely watch later
Bookmarked 8 tabs on “how to fix your calendar”
Screenshot a quote with no idea where to put it
Then this is your sign to stop saving and start processing.
Salma’s approach is simple:
→ Every day, open your digital landfill and move one thing where it actually belongs.
Book you saved? Add it to Goodreads.
Recipe? Move it to your notes or cooking app.
Quote? Write it in your journal.
If it’s irrelevant? DELETE.
And she also recommends an app I’ve started using and absolutely love: Slidebox - a free, swipe-to-delete photo organizer.
It’s fast, satisfying, and kind of fun in a cathartic way.
If you’re overwhelmed by digital clutter, you don’t have to start with a full on deep clean - just start with one small decision at a time.
🎉 Bonus: Featured on the Flywheel Blog
I was recently featured on my co-working office’s blog for the work I’ve been doing through Taskflow.
The post is called “Turning Overwhelm Into Opportunity” and it highlights how I help business owners and creatives simplify their systems and reclaim their focus.
If you’re curious about how Taskflow started, or want to see a bit more behind-the-scenes, you can read it here:
Big thanks to the Flywheel team for the shoutout!

👋 When you’re ready, here are 2 ways I can help you:
⚡️ Join The Taskflow Blueprint
A 4-week reset to help you build better habits, plan your ideal week, and create a system that works for your life.
If you book a discovery call, we’ll chat for 15 minutes, identify where you’re stuck, and I’ll give you 1–2 actionable takeaways you can implement right away.
That’s all for now! Have a great day. 👊🏼
