👋 Hello!
This is issue #9 of Taskflow Tuesday, where I share 3 things that can help you to get digitally organized so that you can spend more time on what truly matters.
✅ Tip: Deep Work
Our days are filled with notifications, pings, calls, bells, dings, and haptic feedback. We are being trained into being distraction prone and pulled away from moments of deep focus. Our attention spans are shortening and our memory is failing. Information overload is weakening us. Our brains are being force fed and it’s time to hit the gym in resistance.
The solution to this problem isn’t easy, but it is effective.
Deep Work is the practice of working in a state of high concentration and focus. It involves working on a single task for an extended period of time, without interruption from other tasks or distractions.
Deep work is beneficial to productivity because it allows you to accomplish more in less time. By eliminating distractions and focusing on a single task, you can complete it more efficiently and effectively.

📱 Tool: The Ember Mug
The Ember Mug is the perfect gift for any coffee lover. With the Ember Mug, you can keep your coffee at the exact temperature you prefer for up to 1.5 hours on a single charge. The mug has a temperature range of 120°F - 145°F, and you can adjust the temperature using the Ember app on your phone.
I love using it while at my desk because I can sometimes forget about my coffee when I’m super focused on work, but now I know it will still be hot when I remember to take another sip.
The Ember Mug also has a beautiful design and comes in different colors and sizes. It's made with a durable stainless steel body, and the ceramic coating ensures that my coffee tastes great and doesn't leave any residue.
I highly recommend the Ember Mug to anyone who wants to enjoy their coffee slowly and at the perfect temp.
